Quality control begins in the factory by selecting only the best raw materials. Checks occur at every stage of the manufacturing process and again before packaging and dispatch.
Further checks take place at our Milan depot before the products are packed carefully in wooden crates and export packaging to ensure delivery in perfect condition.
Every item is then labelled carefully using specific client codes to allow us to identify directly the correct location for each piece. Our delicate items are packaged in purpose-made crates with individual ShockWatch labels.
Transport and Delivery
Using our worldwide depot network, we deliver by lorry, sea or air, depending on your installation deadline. We work backwards from your delivery date to select the best means of transport for your needs. Whether you live in the remote countryside or the 60th floor on a busy street, your furniture is in safe hands.
